License Agreement:

• The samples provided by Catch The Rhythm are offered to you royalty-free, granting you
  the freedom to incorporate them into your music productions without any additional
  financial obligations.
• Whether you're releasing tracks through a label or independently, you are entitled to retain
  all royalties from publishing and sales without any share owed to us.
• Furthermore, our samples can be utilized for ghost-production services for your clients and
  seamlessly integrated into various media projects such as adverts, commercials, movie and
  trailer soundtracks, TV shows, and more.

Restrictions:

• It is strictly prohibited to distribute any content sourced from Catch The Rhythm for free or
  copying it without our permission.
• Additionally, using our loops, one-shots, MIDI, and synth patches for the creation or sale of
  your own sample, preset, or MIDI packs is not permitted.
• Similarly, combining sounds from Catch The Rhythm with others to develop your own
  sample, preset, or MIDI packs is prohibited.
• Lastly, the use of our samples in any AI services is strictly prohibited.

Full License Agreement:

All rights not specifically given to the user are reserved. The sound samples provided in this pack are licensed to
you, not sold, for use solely within your original music compositions. Copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling, or
trading of this product or its content is strictly prohibited.
The original purchaser of this product holds the right to use and reproduce the enclosed sound samples in their
musical works. The licensee can incorporate the sounds with other audio elements in music production for various
purposes like film soundtracks, video productions, commercials, and more. However, using the sounds as
standalone sound effects or in competitive products sold to multiple third parties is not allowed.
For any exceptions, the licensee must negotiate an extension with Catch The Rhythm. This license is for a single
user globally and remains non-exclusive for the duration of copyright protection. The sound samples cannot be
electronically transferred, shared in networks, or used in service bureau operations. By opening or using this
product, you agree to these terms.
